*Please note that we do not collect garbage from customers who are staying for three nights or less.

・We offer face and bath towels.
We provide a limited number of towels. If you are planning for a long-term stay, you can wash your towels and reuse them.

・At Grace Niseko, we prepare amenities such as toothbrushes, cotton pads, cotton swabs, razors, and hand creams for those who are staying. Feel free to take them home as well.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
